 How to request a pin number

Follow the instructions below to request a pin number to access your account. Some systems require you to enter your company's contract number. If you are a client of WC Administrators and do not know your contract number, we can give it to you. Call us at (801) 595-1100.

John Hancock Financial

You may request a pin on John Hancock's registration page.
You may also request a pin by calling John Hancock's participant line at 1-800-395-1113.
You will need to know your company's contract number. To obtain this number, talk to your human resources department, or if you are a client of WC Administrators, call us at 801-595-1100.

Guardian Retirement

You may request a pin on Guardian's participant login page.
You will need to know your company's contract number. To obtain this number, talk to your human resources department, or if you are a client of WC Administrators, call us at 801-595-1100.

MassMutual Financial Group - The Journey

You may request a pin on MassMutual's The Journey login page or by calling 1-800-743-5274. Instructions on how to use this toll-free line to request a new pin number are available on MassMutual's 'The Journey' page.

Great West Retirement Company

You may request a pin on Great West Retirement's login page.

Ohio National Financial Services

You set up a new account on Ohio National's new member registration page. If you have forgotten your password, go to the password hint page.
